This Round Ganaching Kit offers a fresh and innovative approach to ganaching your sponge cake in a simple and straightforward manner. Regardless of your level of expertise, you will be able to produce a ganache cake that is flawless and symmetrical while simultaneously reducing the amount of mess, time, and effort required.

This Kit Comes With:

A height guided Liner, and the height of all Liners is 7 inches.
A reusable disc that is non-stick and can be used to line the bottom of your tin.
A clip that can be used to secure the liner's overlap.
A squeeze bottle for the ganache.
A food-grade Foam Spacer that will provide you with the ideal consistency for the ganache.


The Kit is adaptable to work with ganache made of milk, white, and dark chocolate.

When you purchase your kit, you will need to select a liner that is one size larger than the sponge you intend to use for your ganache. Therefore, if you want to bake a cake that is 8 inches in diameter, you will need to purchase a liner that is 9 inches in diameter and use that in conjunction with a tin that is 9 inches in diameter.


Instructions:

1. Insert the foam spacer into the bake pan, and if necessary, cut it to size so that it fits securely inside the bake pan.
2. Position the liner inside the baking pan.
3. Position the clip so that it holds the liner in place at the beginning and the end of its length.
4. Make your ganache and assemble your cake layers in the proper order.
5. Place your cake in the refrigerator and leave it there overnight. The next day, carefully invert the pan and remove the cake from the pan.
6. Take off the foam liner and the foam spacer.
